The home is full of spaces to relax, work, or spend time with friends and family. Each room has been thoughtfully designed with high quality furnishings, local art, and some of our favorite products.

BEDROOMS

Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds with award winning Brooklinen sheets.

BATHROOM

The home has one full bathroom with a shower/tub. We supply our guests with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped with all the needed tools and some pantry essentials.

DINING ROOM

Our dining room, featuring tropical wallpaper, seats 6 and is a perfect place to gather for meals.

LIVING ROOMS

The sitting room in the front of the house is the perfect place to soak in the morning sun as you drink your morning tea or coffee. The back living room is especially cozy and perfect for winding down in the evening. In winter months, you can take advantage of our wood burning fireplace!

OUTDOOR SPACES

The house is perfect for those who love the outdoors. The backyard features a huge deck stung with string lights with a dining area and a grill. Step off the deck and enjoy the large grassy backyard or our huge fire pit area perfect for roasting s'mores.

GUEST ACCESS

You have access to the entire lower level of the house including two bedrooms, one full bathroom, two living rooms, a dining room, the kitchen, a front porch, a back deck and large yard with a fire pit. You can park two cars in the driveway and two in front of the house if needed. You will have the house to yourself.

LAUNDRY

The laundry room is upstairs and will be unavailable for guest use, unless requested.

PHOTO + VIDEO POLICY

If you plan to use our home for photos or video you MUST get prior approval. In the case that you do not get prior-approval for photo or video in our home, there will be an additional $750 fee.

PARTY POLICY

Parties are not allowed on our property. We want to make sure our home does not disturb our neighbors. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis, if we determine it will not disturb the peace, but any unauthorized gatherings of any type will result in fines up to $2500 and immediate eviction of guest and the rental party without any refunds of any type.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. An extra cleaning fee of $750 to remove odor and stains may be applied if evidence is smoking is detected

Other Rules

Please acknowledge that upon occasion, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Please do not rearrange our furniture.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind weapons including but not limited fire arms, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please let us know before bringing a pet.

Early check in and late checkout are available upon request and based on availability.

You will be able to receive a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking and at least 14 days before check-in. For bookings made within 14 days of check-in, no refund will be issued.
